Changes to the Sleep Service at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
The Bradford Clinic wrote to you recently informing you of the upcoming changes to your
Sleep supplier. Subsequently Vivisol and The Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation
Trust have been working closely together to provide a safe and timely transfer from your
current provider Baywater Healthcare to our team at Vivisol, without any disruption to your
current service. We are now pleased to be able to provide you with the following update:
Who are Vivisol?
Vivisol has a proud history of providing Home Respiratory Service Solutions to over 30,000
patients within the NHS for over 25 years. Additionally, Vivisol has a global presence and
history supporting over 700,000 patients. Our qualified Clinical staff and Customer Service
team works collaboratively together with the NHS to support its patients within this
Sleep service.
Your contact details and equipment
The Bradford Clinic and the current supplier Baywater will provide Vivisol with all your contact
details and necessary information in a secure manner compliant to GDPR Regulations. This
will also include the equipment you are currently using, what your consumable requirements
will be and how you are managing on your therapy, so there is no need for you to contact us
with this information.
When will the new service begin?
After February 3rd 2025 Vivisol will be responsible for managing your equipment, including
assisting you with troubleshooting of your CPAP device, annual mask/interface and tubing
replacements together with the monitoring of your compliance data in order to report back
to those clinicians responsible for your care at The Bradford Sleep Clinic.
In addition to this letter, over the coming weeks you will also receive a text welcoming
you to this new service with Vivisol. Please be assured that you will remain on your Sleep
Therapy device and Vivisol will provide you with your replacement masks, tubing, and filters
according to dates provided to us from the Bradford Clinic and Baywater Healthcare. You are
not required to do anything outside of your standard routine.

Freephone number 0800 121 4012 which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
“Please note, this is not an emergency service so if you are in need of emergency medical
help, then contacting emergency services would be the appropriate course of action”.

Remember, Vivisol will already have all your details so there will be no need for you to contact
us to check. Obviously if you have an urgent need to contact us our professional and skilled
Sleep Team will be available to assist.
