Ordering Oxygen
To prescribed oxygen for patients you must fill in the Scottish Home Oxygen Order Form (SHOOF).
To access the SHOOF, please click here to access Vivimedical. You will require your Vivimedical credentials to log in.
The SHOOF should be completed following a formal assessment by specialist clinicians. The SHOOF allows for ambulatory oxygen equipment to be ordered alongside any Long Term Oxygen Therapy (LTOT) Equipment.
Should you have complex patients which you have difficulty in selecting appropriate equipment for, please be aware Vivisol have a clinical team who will be happy to assist you.
