Scotland's energy price cap and concentrator rebates

If you use an Oxygen Concentrator, we have recently written to you regarding the new price cap level that has been announced by Ofgem, the energy regulator; energy prices are set to rise from 1st April 2022. This means that if you are not on a fixed price tariff or if your tariff is due to end, you will see an increase in your energy costs. We know and understand that this may give you concerns about the cost of running your oxygen equipment at home. We want to explain what is happening and what Dolby Vivisol and NHS Scotland are doing to help with this. 

The letter outlined several items including details on your use of an oxygen concentrator and your entitlement to an electricity rebate to offset the electricity costs of using the machine at your main address. 

The rebate is from NHS Scotland and covers the cost of the electricity used whilst you are using the oxygen concentrator. 

Dolby Vivisol administers the rebate process on behalf of NHS Scotland and will reimburse you to cover the cost of running your home oxygen equipment by calculating and processing the payments. 

Payments are processed approximately once every three months, starting from the month after you had the concentrator installed. To help with accurate payments you can also provide us with regular concentrator meter readings. These can be completed online at www.dolbyvivisol.com/services/reorder-online
