We're incredibly proud of our team at Dolby Vivisol and are continuing to put some faces to the names of those people you may have been in touch with or who work 'behind the scenes' to ensure that delivery, service, technology and clinical expertise are always catered for. 

Today, we're sharing the chat we had with Debbie. 

What do you do? 
I'm the Clinical Service Lead for the North East of England

What does your day involve? 
No two days are the same. I liaise with clinicians and patients and I investigate incidents. One area of my work is to compile fire reports to notify the fire rescue service (FRS) of any patient with oxygen, their smoking status and if they have a smoke detector. 

I offer training to clinicians, schools and nursing homes for all of our equipment. I support clinicians with any prescribing questions and I am a clinical point of contact for our technicians if they have any matters to raise in the community.

What's the best thing about your job? 
I really enjoy being a source of support and information for the oxygen teams in the North East. I like to see good outcomes for the patients. 

How do you unwind after a day's work? 
I have two dogs that I enjoy taking for long walks - I live in a semi-rural area so have access to beautiful countryside. I have five grandchildren and love spending time with them when possible. My husband and I enjoy going away in our caravan to stay in different places and explore with our dogs.
