England's energy price cap and concentrator rebates

You may have heard that a new price cap level has been announced by Ofgem, the energy regulator, and energy prices are set to rise from 1st April 2022. This means that if you are not on a fixed price tariff or if your tariff is due to end, you will see an increase in your energy costs. We know and understand that this may give you concerns about the cost of running your oxygen equipment at home. 

Dolby Vivisol administers the rebate process on behalf of the NHS and will reimburse you to help cover the cost of running your home oxygen static concentrator by calculating and processing the payments. Dolby Vivisol are awaiting feedback from the NHS as to future changes to the rates.

Payment is approximately once every three months, starting from the month after you had the concentrator installed. Dolby Vivisol process these payments once a month. Payments are made in the month following the rebate period and the payment is typically processed at the end of the month.
