As the festive season approaches, we’d like to share some important information about our Christmas delivery schedule.

To ensure you receive your oxygen or consumables in time, please give our team a call on 0800 833 531 well in advance.

Our phone lines are open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Calls made outside of these hours should only be for emergencies, as non-urgent calls during these times can delay critical support for those in need.

Ordering Tips

• Place your order earlier in the month to avoid any last-minute rush.
• Combine multiple delivery dates in a single call to make planning easier.

Please see the graphic below for our holiday schedule. Dates highlighted red indicate days our focus will be on urgent enquiries and emergency deliveries only.

If you have regular scheduled deliveries, there’s no need to contact us. We’ll reach out if there are any changes to your usual schedule.
